At Petdle, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. All our candles undergo a rigorous quality control and inspection process before shipping to ensure you receive the best product. Please inspect your candles carefully upon receipt.

Replacement Policy:

If you receive a damaged candle, we will gladly replace it. Photos of the damaged items will be required for verification. All claims must be reported within 7 days of shipment. Please include your name, address, Petdle order number, email address, and photos of the damaged items in your email. We will process your replacement promptly.

As our focus is on ensuring that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and safety, we DO NOT accept returns for any other reasons.
